Q: What is the size and weight of the Cat GPS Tracking device?

Q: Does it work worldwide?
A: Yes it works everywhere where Google Maps has coverage. The device uses satellite GPS signals to track your cats location. You simply log into a special web page to see your cat’s journey plotted onto the screen. Your cats journey is overlaid onto Google Maps and you can view either the street map or the satellite imagery where available.
Q: Is the map plotting very accurate?
A: Yes it is around 95% accurate in our tests. Sometimes there may be blips where the satellite reports an incorrect location.
Q: Can it track my cat if she goes inside a garage or someone else’s home?
A: Yes it is usually possible to track your cat inside someone’s home or inside a garage. If the GPS signal is lost the device will resume logging as soon as your cat is within range of the GPS satellites again. You can study the logs using the software and find out how long your cat was out of coverage area.
Q: Is it safe to strap a harness to my cat?
A: Whilst it is not an ideal solution because your cat could potentially get caught on a branch of a tree or shrub whilst outdoors exploring we still recommend the Cat GPS Tracking device where the security and safety of your cat is a concern. By securely attaching a harness to your cat and ensuring that it is fitted snugly but not too tightly your cat should be safe wearing the harness for up to 24 hours so that you can gather enough GPS location data to determine where your cat is going.

Can I use this device to find my cat when he does not come home?
When and where can I buy your device?
I have searched and waited patiently for a product like this to enter the market. FINALLY! My two cats got quite a large territory around my house, but I don’t know how large or its shape. With this solution I can learn more about how they move and which spots they guard (conflicts with other cats). That makes it easier for me to find them. I don’t want 24/7 surveillance. I just need more indepth knowledge about their outdoor life. This solution is perfect.
Will this work in America? I’d guess so, but just wanna be sure.
From reading the info I’m assuming that this device that is on the cat must be retrieved by the owner to see the activity of the cat. Will I know where the cat is in real time? Do you have a device that can pin point his location when he is roaming?
My computer is a Mac. What are your plans for making Mac-compatible software?
And one of my cats is petite. do the harnesses come in different sizes?
about the battery life of the GPS,
1)will the battery depletion rate go with the level of movement of the cat?
2) will there be visual indicator of the battery level so that I could charge the battery so long as it’s close to running out.?
3)is it available in the market already?
